The Millionaire burger was SO GOOD! I normally care only about the quality of food when going to a restaurant, but on top of how good it was, I have to say that the service stood out to me. Mariam took my order immediately when I walked in and made sure it was fulfilled correctly. You could tell she works hard to excel at her job, and she most certainly does. When the food arrived, it was very fresh off the grill and just tasted delicious! You could see the cook cared about what they were serving to the customers. I walked around terminal A for a good 20 minutes before finally deciding that I wanted to try this place. I was so pleasantly surprised, and I dont know why their rating isnt higher! I will definitely be back during my next visit to Terminal A.
First class people, would be an under statement. I would give them 10 stars if possible not just five . Amazing people who are collectively have formed an atmosphere of respect to one another and love for their clients. - Starting with Ms: Nermine Mosad who is personable, and professional with impactful smile. - Mr: Shenouda is an example of genuine excellence and incredibly amazing man who is a true example of positiveness - Mr. Magdy: Was a pleasure to talk to - Mr: Ramy who is very uplifting and polite and a fresh breeze - Mr: Raaed: Very welcoming and a good sport. The food was tasty, the people were incredible. First time here, very pleased. Breakfast sandwich was great! Bun was toasted to perfection, egg spot on, delicious flavor. Staff was friendly, cooked to order, but not a bad wait time.
Good airport burgers with classic options like shakes and onion rings. We were trying to find somewhere good to eat that isn’t in the PNW. Enter the Twisted Root Burger Co. We order burgers , fries, onion rings, and a chocolate shake. All were wonderful. I’d recommend the onion rings over the fries. They’re fast and friendly.
The service was excellent and so was the burger. There's also a bar which is very convenient. Highly recommended spot.
The vegan burger is AMAZING! I wasn’t sure what to expect in an airport restaurant but WOW you can tell it’s homemade. I also got it on the gluten free bun-I would go back in a heartbeat! Special shoutout to Marian and Narmeen for helping!
The Twisted House Salad with grilled chicken and peppercorn ranch dressing !!! Absolutely the best salad I’ve ever had , thanks Louis. (The Espresso Martini was fabulous)
